The DLP 3D structured light camera projects coded patterns with a digital micromirror device and captures them with an industrial camera to reconstruct the workpiece surface as a high-density point cloud.
With micron-level point cloud accuracy and sub-second reconstruction, it supports precision seam locating, weld quality inspection and defect detection.
