
A six-axis robot and AOTAI power source are mounted together on a 12 m ground rail slide, travelling along the rail to weld fillet joints on H-section columns, roof beams and crane girders continuously and automatically.
GRR-12m is the standard single-robot configuration of the ground rail series: one six-axis robot body, welding power source and wire feeder are integrated on a 12 m ground rail slide. The unit travels back and forth along the rail, extending the robot working range from a single station to the whole production line.
Equipped with the Dauphin autonomous decision teach-free welding system and an arm-mounted line laser 3D camera, it automatically identifies seam position and type after loading, then plans the welding path on its own — no manual teaching or offline programming required. Suitable for batch welding of steel beams and columns, box sections and trusses.
