Two six-axis robots share a single 12 m ground rail and can work in parallel on separate zones or cooperate on one large workpiece, raising output significantly within the same footprint.
GRR-2R-12m uses a dual-robot shared-rail structure: two six-axis robots are mounted on the same 12 m ground rail, each with its own travelling welding power source. They can weld different workpieces independently in separate zones, or cooperate on the two sides of one large workpiece.
Compared with a single-robot setup it nearly doubles output without increasing rail footprint, making it well suited to tight-cycle lines with long workpieces. Includes the teach-free autonomous decision welding system and line laser 3D cameras.
