A six-axis robot body is fixed on a base with a 2 m reach covering a single station, delivering batch autonomous welding of small and medium parts with the teach-free welding system.
R2000 is a fixed single-robot welding station: a six-axis robot body is mounted on an independent base with a 2 m reach covering one station. The arm carries a line laser 3D camera and torch; with the Dauphin autonomous decision teach-free welding system it identifies the seam and plans the path automatically after loading.
Compact, small footprint and requiring no ground rail, it goes into production once power and gas are connected — an economical choice for batch welding of small and medium parts and for single-point automation upgrades on existing lines.
