
A tracked welding chassis carrying a six-axis robot and AOTAI power source, with 1000 kg payload, wireless remote driving, on-the-spot turning and 18 km / 2 h endurance — bringing the welding station to the workpiece without laying any rail.
The intelligent mobile welding robot deeply integrates the teach-free intelligent welding system with a tracked mobile platform, carrying multiple in-house sensors and navigation algorithms so it can locate itself, decide and weld autonomously inside the workshop.
No dedicated rail is needed for different workpieces, which substantially lowers deployment cost for non-standard welding. It is an ideal choice for large workpieces, scattered stations and high-mix low-volume manufacturing.
